  Abbie was wonderful and helpful in getting the exact details to get the package on time with max confidence. She knew exactly how to navigate the zip codes so that the package was available for pick up as early as possible. This was true FedEx style shipping. Absolutely fantastic work, knowledge, customer focus, and follow through. The overnight package was available for pick up early morning and exactly as promised.

  whoever delivered a box at Album Park Apartments on Wednesday July 16th say around 1-4pm! The FedEx driver needs to find a new job because he did not deliver my box to my door. He put the box in the office where management does not allow boxes in the office. I live on the second floor. This person was too lazy or out of shape to take that box up to the second floor and deliver to my door, they have one job!!! and also, the box was very heavy. I don’t have a dolly to help me to deliver it to the second floor, which FedEx has all those things for drivers.! The office manager at the apartments told the FedEx driver that they’d have to deliver it to my door and he was arguing back with her so get your people get your drivers and do their job right!! Lazy

  Had three packages come in from the UK had two packages arrive early morning Friday but was missing one package. Tracked third package Sat morning and it stated receiver requested new address. We did not! Called main customer service and said package was at George Perry office and they attempted to call them to get more information but could not get through they would call me with info but it would most likely be delivered Monday. Monday called mid day and was told that there is a new "piolet" program where the driver can say attempted delivery customer will pick up (they never attempted) and we can "conveniently" pickup at our discretion once we receive a call that our package is ready for pickup. We have not received anything from anyone and we can't call to find out when because it's a main ship center and they will "call us when they are ready" but if we don't pickup it will be sent back to sender in UK. This is HORRIBLE business practice and I honestly can't believe that the package can come so far go through customs in days just to be held up longer locally by such irresponsible business practices with zero accountability. Worst part is we don't have a say in how items ship out of UK.
