  Fed ex driver drove up to front of my home, did not get off vehicle, and then sent message saying that no one was home and proceeded with attaching a black screen shot. Do they not realize almost everyone has ring cameras?

  FedEx has now lied twice about delivery attempts to my home. Both times, tracking claimed the driver “attempted delivery,” but my Ring video clearly shows no one came to the door—not even close. The “proof of delivery attempt” photo also shows nothing and leads to a ‘Page Not Found’ error. We waited at home all day until 8 PM both times expecting the package, only to be told a false story again. Customer service is abysmal—impossible to reach a real person, and the automated system just loops you without giving any help. FedEx needs to fix its drivers’ honesty and its customer service failures. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

  My package that was worth over 1,000 dollars was delivered to the wrong apartment. It needed to be signed for by me and it clearly wasn’t when I got a email stating it was delivered and signed for by a random person. I filed for an investigation and they “found” that it was delivered to the right address and no refund will be given. Now I’m out over 1,000 DOLLARS.
