Both times, tracking claimed the driver “attempted delivery,” but my Ring video clearly shows no one came to the door—not even close. The “proof of delivery attempt” photo also shows nothing and leads to a ‘Page Not Found’ error. We waited at home all day until 8 PM both times expecting the package, only to be told a false story again. Customer service is abysmal—impossible to reach a real person, and the automated system just loops you without giving any help. FedEx needs to fix its drivers’ honesty and its customer service failures. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

It needed to be signed for by me and it clearly wasn’t when I got a email stating it was delivered and signed for by a random person. I filed for an investigation and they “found” that it was delivered to the right address and no refund will be given. Now I’m out over 1,000 DOLLARS.

The FedEx driver needs to find a new job because he did not deliver my box to my door. He put the box in the office where management does not allow boxes in the office. I live on the second floor. This person was too lazy or out of shape to take that box up to the second floor and deliver to my door, they have one job!!! and also, the box was very heavy. I don’t have a dolly to help me to deliver it to the second floor, which FedEx has all those things for drivers.! The office manager at the apartments told the FedEx driver that they’d have to deliver it to my door and he was arguing back with her so get your people get your drivers and do their job right!! Lazy
