We have been frequent clients of FedEx, but the service at this store continues to disappoint. On my last visit, the manager told me—very rudely—that they would not be accepting any more boxes because they didn’t meet the qualifications. I understand policies, but the tone and manner he used were completely unprofessional. While I was struggling to bring several boxes inside, none of the staff offered to help or even hold the door. Another customer—not the employees—was the one who stepped in to help me. During that same visit, the manager told me I could use the doorstop to keep the door open, but again, he didn’t offer to assist or show any courtesy; he just told me to do it myself. I like FedEx and the shipping rates they offer, but experiences like this make me honestly consider going to UPS or USPS instead, where I’ve consistently received better customer service. This location needs to improve.
