  Terrible job, I asked to have two books fixed on the first of November and I didn't receive them until mid February. The owner pasted a page that fell from one of the books to the other page OVER the text and when I tried to open it, this was the result. I found it weird that the owner didn't charge me but now I understand the reason, he messed them up real bad The owner ruined a book that was important and special to me and if he wasn't able to fix my books properly, he should've just told me and I could've found someone else to do the job

  John has come through for me many times over the last 5 or 6 years as I tend to wait til the last minute. He's printed my audit reports, 50 page documents in perfect binding and always does a beautiful job!

  Owner is very rude and unprofessional. I came to do an order and he was yelling and cursing at a man in a very nice car.

  I can't tell you enough great things about working with this business. Great customer service. Great quality and professionalism. John took care of my job without any issues. They always answered my phone call and gave me tips and advice as I was working against a tight deadline. Don't look any further if you need a printshop that can deliver and help you!
