  My experience with Adecco has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, I felt completely unsupported and overlooked. Whenever I reached out for help, clarification, or guidance, the level of customer service I received was shockingly poor. The representatives I dealt with often sounded annoyed, impatient, and uninterested in actually assisting me. On several occasions, they even raised their voices during phone calls, which made the interactions feel disrespectful and unprofessional. Communication was a constant struggle. Messages went unanswered, important information was not communicated clearly, and it often felt like I had to chase them down just to get the most basic updates. Instead of feeling like a valued worker, I felt like an inconvenience they wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible. There was no sense of accountability, no follow-through, and absolutely no effort to provide quality support. Every concern I brought up was either brushed off or left unresolved, which only added to the stress and frustration. I’ve dealt with other staffing agencies before, and my experience with Adecco has been by far the worst in terms of professionalism and overall service. Based on what I personally went through, I would not recommend Adecco to anyone. If you’re looking for an agency that communicates clearly, treats you with respect, and genuinely supports you, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
