- ASAnime ShowsOct 10, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The staff refused to accept my properly packed and labeled packages. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Instead of providing assistance or guidance, they seemed unwilling to help and acted as if customers were an inconvenience. I’ve been shipping the same types of packages for years at other USPS locations without any issues, so it was frustrating to be treated this way here. Instead of offering help or clarification, the employees acted as if customers were a burden.

The lady at the front desk flat-out refused to ship my packages for my small business — which contained non-hazardous, perfectly sealed cans of shaving cream. The items were properly packaged, leak-proof, and fully compliant with USPS shipping standards. Despite explaining that I’ve shipped the same exact packages from Houston for years without a single issue, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of offering any help or clarification, she just kept repeating that she “cannot take the shipment” with a terrible attitude. It’s no surprise this location has a 2-star rating — and now I understand why. This employee clearly lacks both customer service skills and basic USPS knowledge. She should not be working with the public, let alone handling business shipments. If you value your time, your business, and basic respect, do not go to this USPS location. Go anywhere else — you’ll thank yourself later.

I still haven’t received it. I can’t get a refund from the distributor because El Campo post office is showing it was delivered. I know if my package was delivered or not, and it was not delivered.
- DTDara TylerMar 7, 20231.0They are very rude. I just had shoulder surgery my husband is handicap and can’t carry packages down the stairs or ramp Due to balance issues from a severe heart attack. They use to let us pick up on the back dock which was so much easier. They also changed our address so all Our mail would go to the post office instead of our house. They all know!!! But now they are sending packages back with out physical address. We never had any issues until the new post master started.
