First off, if you actually have technological intellect and live in the 21st century, one would know that the toll free number for the Edna location 77957 is only available and activated when and only when you try to reach the Post office AFTER business hours. The Edna location business hours is M-F from 8:30-4:30pm and S 8:00am - 5:00 pm. Please TAKE note and kindly get it together, the office DOES not and I repeat it does not cater to whatever your work hours are, if you need human interactions there is a dating app for that and it is not the government post offices Secondly, If you make the time to go to the James Moody Post office on 2804 Sam Houston Drive, in Victoria Texas one intellectual smart individual would know that post offices are changing and gearing toward having more self service kiosks that cater to the needs of people that are technologically savvy. Please learn basic computer skills, and learn some common sense before you leave another review. IT is NOT the postmasters nor is it the manager's of any post offices civil duty to serve unintelligent, incapable, incompetent people. Thirdly, if this review does not suffice to explain that your complaints sound like first world problems the please Kindly go to an RPO like the ones on Vanderbilt, Ganado, Inez who will have clerks who will give you the undivided attention that you seek. But be aware that those RPOS also have set hours that will not cater around your work hours. Thanks so much in advance for the intelligent people who would take the time to read and understand this good, honest, and kind review. I give this Edna post office 5 out of 5 stars.

POSTMASTER 77957 Please update your listing to include your actual phone number for those of us who still value first hand HUMAN knowledge; the toll free number and text prompt system while convenient for comon sence assistance, for those who really need help [such as everyone told we're not allowed to self-install a mailbox and THAT WE HAVE TO CONTACT OUR LOCAL POSTMASTER DIRECTLY TO PROCEED WITH A NEW "APPROVED" MAILBOX ... It's a shoebox on a chainlink-fence pole stuck in the dirt, with no concrete, no tie rods, or anything else that could stop a car (from driving into my bedroom window...) ---- I digress, WITH purpose. Of course, I am over-expressing the above (real) scenarios AND WRITING THIS JUST TO GET ATTENTION... FROM YOU, THE POSTMASTER. Please, add your phone number, your local one. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE. Ps. Some have a nice personality while others act as though they hate being there & like customers are an inconvenience! They have sent back 4 packages, which I did eventually get back. However, they have also lost 3 packages I never received & one of the rude one's smarted off "its not here so idk what to tell ya" welp here we go again. Tracking shows my package was out for delivery on 9/9 & yet I never received it! Even since I have switched delivery to my job they have still managed to lose the package & of course won't answer the phone so I can address it! They are closed when I go to work & closed when I get off & frankly should be written up for not answering the phone as it should be part of the requirements of their job!!

There are really nice people at this post office and very helpful. I took quite a few photos so that y’all can see what they offer. I also updated the true location of their building. They are not in nor near Love’s store. Google maps will update with the correct location very soon. It was funny when I went into Love’s and asked the guy where the post office was, he said everyone asked me that. It’s not here. I told him I would locate it and correct it with Google maps so they won’t be bothered with people looking for a place that is labeled wrong.
