POSTMASTER 77957 Please update your listing to include your actual phone number for those of us who still value first hand HUMAN knowledge; the toll free number and text prompt system while convenient for comon sence assistance, for those who really need help [such as everyone told we're not allowed to self-install a mailbox and THAT WE HAVE TO CONTACT OUR LOCAL POSTMASTER DIRECTLY TO PROCEED WITH A NEW "APPROVED" MAILBOX ... It's a shoebox on a chainlink-fence pole stuck in the dirt, with no concrete, no tie rods, or anything else that could stop a car (from driving into my bedroom window...) ---- I digress, WITH purpose. Of course, I am over-expressing the above (real) scenarios AND WRITING THIS JUST TO GET ATTENTION... FROM YOU, THE POSTMASTER. Please, add your phone number, your local one. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE. Ps. If you or someone you know has seen this postmaster please approach with kindness and direct he or she to this review. BONUS HELP please post their phone number in a review. - MCMitzi CookSep 12, 20251.0This location acts like they can't answer a phone to save their lives! Some have a nice personality while others act as though they hate being there & like customers are an inconvenience! They have sent back 4 packages, which I did eventually get back. However, they have also lost 3 packages I never received & one of the rude one's smarted off "its not here so idk what to tell ya" welp here we go again. Tracking shows my package was out for delivery on 9/9 & yet I never received it! Even since I have switched delivery to my job they have still managed to lose the package & of course won't answer the phone so I can address it! They are closed when I go to work & closed when I get off & frankly should be written up for not answering the phone as it should be part of the requirements of their job!!
- TTTalon TurnerMay 26, 20233.0Varied experience, some of the workers go above and beyond, one of the workers today though, wouldn't scan a package that had been delivered to the post office, despite the USPS website showing that the item was ready for pickup. The staff member even said she saw the package, bit she was still scanning the mail, and not the packages. It's a 25 mile trip to goto the post office, and I wasn't even able to leave with the package, "come back later," was the response I got.
