Extremely Disappointed and Concerned I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this post office. A PR package that was supposed to be delivered to me went missing, and when I brought it to the manager’s attention, I was shocked by her response. Instead of reassuring me or outlining a clear plan to investigate, she admitted that it was possible someone working there could have taken it. Hearing that from management was incredibly concerning. There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or effort to resolve the situation in a professional way. I left feeling dismissed and uneasy about the security of my mail. Losing a package is one thing. Being told by a manager that an employee might be responsible — without any clear follow-up — is another. I expected better oversight, better customer service, and at the very least, a serious commitment to getting answers. I would not trust this location with important mail based on this experience.

Was made to buy tape to tape up My shipment. I came in with a QR code Shipping label from a company to make a return. They explained for this type of return they cannot use regular tape and made me buy “better” tape for $3.99. Didn’t feel right paying for it, but I just traveled 20 minutes to get there. Didn’t feel like arguing because the blonde lady was already in a bad mood. She explained that for Returns they do supply some tape, but for my specific return, which was ground, we needed to use “better” tape. Anyway, take this as a sign to Tape up your own box to avoid any problem or reaction when you don’t want to buy tape for $3.99.

Was here for a passport application for my daughter. When we did it last time at this location, an actual passport officer came out and brought us back to his office for a conference, and the appointment time was met. The opposite today. It was a postal employee, she's at least 3 appointments behind, and it appears she's letting applicants leave to get needed items and then jump back in the line, like they do in the postal line. Passport Applications have appointment times. These were not met and she evaluated our documents at the counter. It was not confidential in any way. Do not recommend this location for passports. We will go to the big one in cAllen next time.
