    Lady with the glasses couldn't even look at me in the face when I asked for boxes told me there over there and then got attitude when i asked where at didnt point me in a direction extremely bad customer service

    My mail and packages keep getting lost. My daughter’s social was lost. We have addressed this already and it continues to happen. We don’t know what else to do.

    This is the worst postal office ever been to. They provide false expectations and ladies in the front are very rude. Don’t ever request a lock change unless you need it they take as long as they want to.

    The postmen keep “losing” or misplacing or dare I say Keeping my packages. I order gemstones for my business and my last bunch of orders have not gotten to me. My livelihood depends on getting my orders. They need to be more competent about reading the address on the package and placing it in the correct mailbox!!! I’m so tired of them acting like they don’t care even when I go in person to check if they somehow have it in lost in found. I can’t keep “filing claims” with the sellers when it says “delivered” and it wasn’t again and again. Fuming.
