I want to report Esther & Linda, very rude poor customer service. This is my second time coming to this location, being rejected about my passport appointment. The first time I was told I can come in as a walk-in to get a new passport. When I arrived they said they did not do walk ins and I would have to set an appointment. Made the appointment through online and when I came in Linda told me they didn’t have my appointment. That their last appointment was 3:30 and never have done 4pm appointments. I don’t understand how they’re rejecting my appointment when the time available was only 4pm. On the other hand Esther started raising her voice towards me. That the appointments are printed out on a sheet and couldn’t do anything about it. That this is a humiliation is about me. I am a full time mother & it isn’t easy asking for time off. The appointment was for my two daughters and I have had to pull them out of school early for their appointment only to be rejected. This location has poor customer service, made me waste my time twice. We are humans we have the right to ask for guidance, we do not all work at a usps. It is disrespectful having the employees yell at you not wanting to help.

USPS seriously needs to work on their customer service. I went in to ship a package, and the staff was completely unhelpful. I had my item packaged, and they just said, “You can’t use that box,” without offering any help or direction on what I could use instead. After I asked multiple questions and finally found the right box, the associate processed my payment and marked the transaction as a “great” experience, definitely not true!
This was actually my second visit in two days because the first time, no one helped me either. Really disappointing experience both times. It shouldn’t be this hard to get basic assistance when shipping something.

Im trying to locate a package i sent out. Unfortunately misplaced or thrown my receipt away. I call the USPS office to get some assistance. Claudia informs me I need to go in person. I need to know date, time and person that did transaction. I don't remember you assisted me. I call back and ask if I need to go in person. Why can't they do it over the phone. She says the counter where transactions are made do not have phones. So then I said can't you look up information on computer. She says she can't because she has a regular computer and a transaction computer. USPS I thought you all were up to date in technology.
