This kind of mistake should not happen. You take the state salary, and it is this kind of sloppy work attitude towards your work. I really hope your boss can see my evaluation.

Not only did they give me an attitude, the lady in the front kept ignoring me and attending the other customers behind me! If you're going to work at a place that requires customer service, at least improve your people skills. There is no need to be rude to someone coming in for some help.
