- NMNicole MorganDec 16, 20251.0I just want to know what manager answers the phone without saying “yes this is (name) Jasmine, who eventually identified herself, displayed a lack of professionalism that I found unacceptable and disgusting. UPS lost my package, which included a money order, and had I not been stopped in traffic, I would not have been aware of the issue. Thank God I kept my receipts. Overall, this woman's attitude was nasty, and her customer service skills were poor. I was seeking an understanding of the claim that was supposed to be filed three weeks ago, but was never followed up on. Store manager Jean Russell, please remind your employees that a positive attitude and courteous demeanor are essential when providing customer service.
