The last 2 packages I have ordered did not arrive. I had tracking notifications placed on my orders so I would know when they arrive. The carrier put a note on the first one stating he/she placed my item on the front porch by the door. I have large dogs in my yard so I know they never actually come on the property. The second package with note says they placed my item in the mailbox. The dimensions of the parcel is too big to fit in the regular size mailbox. So whoever is delivering this route needs to find another job and is a perfect example of why people turn to other package delivery services.

USPS has been so bad lately. Twice they have dropped off my packages to another house on another street. Thankfully, that homeowner was honest and nice enough to return to me. However I still have 3 packages that supposedly were delivered to me and I have yet to find them. USPS is a joke when it comes to helping you find a package. Whoever the delivery driver is for my area, needs to be fired, or take their job seriously. Are they just dropping packages off anywhere? Stealing them? What is going on???

The USPS has become one of the most unreliable mail services in the country. I was supposed to have a parcel delivered yesterday 02/02/15. I had mail in the box with the flag up and they never ran the route down our street which is about a block from the post office. I checked the status of my parcel using the USPS website and it said they attempted to deliver the parcel at 6:31 PM on 02/02/15 and left a notice because there was no secure area to leave the parcel. I was at home until 9:00 PM and at no time did they attempt to deliver any mail to the addresses on my street. The flag on the box was still up when I left for work at 9:00 PM and it was still up when I arrived home from work this morning at 6:15 AM on 02/03/15. How can they update a status on the website stating they attempted to deliver the parcel when the mail that was in the box to be sent to pay bills was never picked up. Now I'll have late fees with the companies I was sending my bills to be paid to. Will they be reimbursing me the cost of the late fees, I highly doubt it. There was no inclement weather, only a light drizzle and no ice so there is no excuse for them not attempting to deliver the mail or pick any up.
