- CSC SartorJan 8, 20261.0In an agency with a reputation for poot service this office is lowering the bar. The Staff does not put packages that will fit in a PO box in the PO box. I asked, I was told they only do this for items that fit in a 3x5 box, everything else gets a slip because the staff is to busy to check if something will fit in my large box, that I pay extra for. Instead you get a claim ticket that must be taken to the counter, except you can't because they already have shorter than normal business hours and close early on most days. They also have a habit of post dating claim slips or waiting several days after receiving a package to put a slip in your box. Of course the slip is dated from when the package was delivered to the dock not when they sorted it for delivery, so again you maybe have 2 days to get package before they send it back. I Had to speak with a postal inspector about 1 package because I had a signed delivery receipt, from USPS, and the locals kept telling me if I don't have the yallow slip, which they never gave me, I cannot have the package. Don't bother trying to speak with the supervisor either, She is apparently always busy or to quote the clerk last time I saw some in the lobby try: "She has more important things to do than take complaints" That individual was directed to call the 800 number on the USPS website, wouldn't even give her the number themselves.

- AMApril MartinezDec 11, 20251.0There’s a pothole the size of China in the parking lot. It’s unbelievable that this is a government establishment yet the parking lot looks like a battlefield. This pothole is so huge I’m surprised there isn’t a warning sign or traffic cones around it. If you want an unintended off-roading experience, this is the perfect place. Completely unacceptable for a government facility. The lack of upkeep is ridiculous. Do better.
