They “couldn’t package the box for me” meaning they couldn’t just give me a piece of tape to close the box. The girl at the register literally pointed at the wall and said you can buy a whole roll to close your box. What customer service is this?? No wonder you have TWO STARS. Locally owned is written at the door… so help your locals.

Guessing they don’t get a cut of it or something…had to pay $8 for an envelope cause that’s the only folder that was big enough for legal sized documents

The excuse is, it’s a “private store” they all are, they are franchises! And none of them deny UPS packages. They should be charging a pick up fee. They could care less if a paying customer ships something that is time sensitive. They outright deny it and send it back. They’re too lazy to deal with it and call the customer to make sure they get their package. AS THAT IS THEIR JOB. YOUR LITERAL JOB IS TO MAKE SURE CUSTOMERS RECEIVE THEIR PACKAGE.This is the only ridiculous store that does this. Evelyn and Brianna, do better.
