I arrived 10 minutes before closing and there were only about 3 people in line, yet I was told I couldn’t leave my packages. The employee said it was “too late already” and that I should have come earlier, even though they were still open. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue — the staff here is consistently rude, with the only exception being the guy with glasses, who is always polite and helpful. Everyone else has a bad attitude and makes customers feel like an inconvenience. Very disappointing experience.
