My mailbox was tore out due to DOT putting sidewalks in down my street - apparently thereus a communication problem between the two (post office and DOT) because post office didn't know they had done that or when they would have boxes back up if ever. Received no notice saying they where going to do this. So called post office to have them hold my mail and I would pick it up there. It's been 3 weeks and when I go 2 times a week to get my mail they say there is no mail which is BS. I have an app which shows me what is in my box - bank statements, electric bill, gas/water bill 401k statement, and a couple of other bills plus 2 pkgs that they can find either. So there seems to be a couple of problems - they are putting it in someone else's box - they have lost it- not looking hard enough - or they are just incompetent. Something needs to be done I have to pay bills and can't afford late charges. I feel like I don't have to have my bills taken out of my bank account - if I wanted it that way I would have set it up like that.

I think their is one lady who has generated all the 1 star reviews. Older one. Very smug. Rude. I will wait till the other girl is open. Younger. Hair pulled back one. She is very polite. Effective. Helpful. And professional. Don't know her name. But thank you for being kind.
