They're very friendly, but they never seem to deliver my packages into the right box! It's very frustrating to see a delivery notification and run eagerly to the mailbox only to find it empty. I would understand if it was only one or two times, but it's nearly every time I order a package. Very upsetting.

Went to collect a parcel for which a 'yellow card' was placed in our business PO Box. Was informed after waiting in line for 10 minutes, since the 'Service Door' was closed without notice, that they could not find the parcel. Tracy, advised that the yellow-card in all likelihood was placed in the box by mistake and without tracking could not provide further assistance, this was on Friday, 8/26. Went back Wednesday, 8/31 and was informed by Karen and Tracy, the tracking information was not accurate and that nobody by the name "Salas' worked at the Post Office; the signer for the parcel. While there, I checked my PO box and found a 'key' in the box, lo and behold the box that was never delivered was in the parcel receptacle box. It only took 7 days to get the parcel and clearly the post office personnel have no idea what is going on in their facility. As a business owner who has had a PO box at the DS post office for 20 years, it is beyond comprehension that the DS post office is so poorly run. Our box rental fees have increased more than 300 percent, and the service has decreased substantially: Not a winning combination. We've been told that we cannot get mail delivered to our physical location because, "the Texas Department of Transportation" does not want mail boxes along 290. Really? Since when does the state of Texas have a seat at the federal mail delivery table? Look at the 10th amendment to the US Constitution. That dog does not hunt, especially since there are residential boxes along the same section of Hwy 290. Time to privatize the post office and let the private sector take over.

Customers of this PO are rude and impatient. The PO provides for recycling and the customers just fill the trash cans. The staff does the best they can, with what they have to deal with, cranky old people.

Overall this has been a good post office with good delivery. However, I've been getting other neighbors mail and today a neighbor gave me a bag of mail that was sent to him that was mine. No telling if my other neighbors received my mail and just tossed it. Lately this has been happening with a lot.
