- DHDestiny Hernandez6 days ago1.0In don’t even want to give it one star. Set an appointment for my passport, showed up with all documentation. The lady behind the counter with a mullet snapped hair cut asks the lady next to her what time she’s leaving obviously because she didn’t want to do my work up. She comes up with excuse after excuse why she can’t do it. I ended up having to reschedule. It’s literally your job!? Mind you it’s a new year! Horrible service
