They have a very hard time delivering packages to the correct address, just yesterday I receive my neighbors packages and they received mine. Over half of my packages that are delivered by the post office are delivered to the wrong address, while all of my packages that are delivered by ups or FedEx are always delivered correctly to my house. Just another example of if you want something screwed up just let the government handle it.
