I had a package misplaced 11/17 and yet to get a call back from anyone even after taking my name and number multiple times. If you are wanting a call back or any answer with misplaced mail or any kind of mail do not rely on Amy and her staff at this location because your call will get brushed off and will NEVER get pass “we are checking”.. I have called and the answering staff laughs about “calling the entire week”.
