  I had a very bad experience with DHL. My package was delayed far beyond the promised delivery date, and customer service was not helpful at all. I received little to no updates, and when I contacted them, they did not give me a clear solution or compensation. I paid for a reliable service and did not get what I was promised. Very disappointing experience.

  Angel is hands down the best employee at this location. we were frantic trying to pick up a package we needed for our wedding. we arrived 20 mins before our flight took off for our destination wedding and Angel made the impossible happen and i can’t thank him enough for saving our wedding. so grateful for him and his amazing work ethic!!

  *Edit* Customer service did reach out to me and reviewed my case to basically say they are not at all at fault, but that they are sorry there is nothing they can do to help. They do not value their customers, only whatever money they can extract without providing and service for it. Do not use this company, it is full of incompetent employees. They will not check to see if the contracts they are accepting align with their own company policies before agreeing to them, but they will make sure to charge you. They might even get your package to your city before asking 'Wait, what are we delivering here? Sorry cancelling your delivery' and shipping it back. Avoid using DHL at all costs, or it will cost you.
