    The worst customer service and experience with the young lady in the front while attempting to return items.The young lady attitude and tone was horrible while speaking to me and other customers. I left boxes and went to another post office after standing in a line for 15 minutes.

    This location is H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. I can't asking about passport information and was given colorful paper and told they only take 6 appointments on walk in day. It took 45 m8 minutes to get this information. I asked for information for the regional office and was told she didn't know. Your job is to serve the public. I'll pass won't be neck again.

    Absolutely awful experience on 1/13/26. Arrived at 9:15 and was the 3rd person in line. Didn't walk get helped until 9:44. The combination of extremely slow employees and the unprepared customer in front of me took 14 minutes to get a envelope shipped. There were 2 cashiers at this location and they kept walking to the back for 5+ minutes at a time, essentially making it a 1 person show. By the time I left there were close to 10 people in line and some of them were giving up and walking out. Really sad that this behavior is allowed. Will not be going back for any reason at all.
