It took 45 m8 minutes to get this information. I asked for information for the regional office and was told she didn't know. Your job is to serve the public. I'll pass won't be neck again.

The combination of extremely slow employees and the unprepared customer in front of me took 14 minutes to get a envelope shipped. There were 2 cashiers at this location and they kept walking to the back for 5+ minutes at a time, essentially making it a 1 person show. By the time I left there were close to 10 people in line and some of them were giving up and walking out. Really sad that this behavior is allowed. Will not be going back for any reason at all.

I went to seek clarity surrounding picking up mail from a change of address. Instead of her helping me, she goes to tell me the red oak location always giving “false information”. I would recommend if you want good customer service I wouldn’t recommend this location.
