I mainly use the drop-off because it deposits the mail inside the post office. Anything I mail delivers like it should on time. Have used the lobby a few times. Nothing exceptional, but no real problems either.

When you spend your life striving for great customer service for your clients and going out of your way to help others, you expect others to do the same. My family came last Monday to ask about getting our passports. No one mentioned anything about an appointment. We returned a week later with the completed paperwork to be told we need an appointment. Zero flexibility. After over an hour, I was able to persuade one of the clerks to assist my adult son who only has Monday off. I’m grateful that she decided to accommodate him. It would have taken very little effort to accept the completed paperwork for all three family members. Now my second son and I have to drive to Hutchins and stand in another long line. Kindness matter. People matter. These people don’t seem to understand that.

I want to put one star but it doesn’t even worth it, I got there at 7:00, and they open at 8:30. The clerk was there at her desk but she didn’t even open the door until 8:40, and you could see her rolling her eyes through the glass. As told her that I was here for a passport application she rolled her eyes and gave me a lousy paper and said “You have to get an appointment” even though on the web site it says walk-in available and for an appointment it was a 4 week wait. The woman doesn’t want to do her job and she should get a new job if she doesn’t wanna work in a public federal office even though it’s her job she doesn’t care and just gets paid to stand there and roll her eyes like at you, DO NOT COME HERE. Go to 401 Tom Landry Hwy 75260 go here great service and walk ins are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday they are so nice and will help you.

This place sucked. If I could I’d give it no stars. They opened like 20 minutes after they were supposed to. I was there for passport services and showed up two hours early just for one of the ladies to hand me a piece of paper with a link on it telling me I had to have an appointment first, despite their website saying they did walk ins. The lady I talked to was rude and unpleasant to be around. Her attitude was miserable.
