I went to seek clarity surrounding picking up mail from a change of address. Instead of her helping me, she goes to tell me the red oak location always giving “false information”. I placed a o claim and they closed it with no resolve. I reached out to the person I ordered from and they sent out another one. Received a response it was delivered today and guess what NOTHING. I keep getting calls from someone in another office that keeps saying oh they said it was delivered. I wouldn’t be going through filing claims if I did
