- R9Raydog 97Dec 30, 20251.0Forced us to take our cemented mailbox out of the ground and face it a different direction just cause the mailman is lazy wanted to make his route easier even though other people on our street have their mailbox facing the same direction ours was facing. They never came to look it at instead they took the mailman’s word and told us they wouldn’t deliver our mail to us unless we changed the direction it was facing. Pure laziness, they were no help at all when we called them, nothing but sorry excuses, terrible service.

Mail delivery person will say we weren't home for a package when we are clearly home. One time we were doing yard work when she pulled up and put we were not home. Some mail goes missing and never seen or shows up at our box either. There's also not enough parking on the street so sometimes the mail box will be blocked with vehicles. Mail lady will not deliver mail to house mail box or street box and we wont get mail that day. But the house 2 houses away doesn't have a street mail box and she walks it up to their door everyday. Poor service.
