  Refunds and contacting the original store where shipping was purchased is impossible. Call there # and you are send all around with never getting to right store or person. 57.49 later and day late on delivery. Impossible to get refund.

  Don’t take passport size photos for opt or stem opt in this ups store it doesn’t work and they don’t even provide refund

  Melody gave the best service today. She worked with me for over an hour and even brought a chair for me to sit in while she used my phone to upload documents for me because I was too confused to figure it out on my own! She is an awesome employee and person and I hope she gets a huge raise! Thank you Melody!

  Margaret assisted me was very helpful and supportive. Since this was my first time shipping, she guided me through the entire process patiently and made everything easy to understand. I really appreciate her excellent customer service.
