    Terrible customer service. The staff are dismissive and seem more focused on judging customers (even commenting about me having AirPods in) rather than actually helping. They stopped my drop-off mid-transaction just to chat with another employee about personal matters. What should be a 30 second drop-off urned into a 5 minute ordeal because their personal conversations take priority over customers.

    Dropped off a package for Amazon return. Amazon said they never received it. I returned to the store to see if they could scan the QR code and see if they could reprint the receipt and see that it was dropped off. I went in fully expecting they could not do anything about it but thought I would ask anyway. I was kind and polite and the employee called me a liar multiple times. Mistakes happen and my fault for not holding onto the receipt but this review was 100% prompted by the unnecessarily rude employee . Obviously making sure that I am keeping the receipts from now on and finding a new place for Amazon returns.
