  I’ve dropped off returns at this location a few times, but until this week I hadn’t needed assistance. This week, I visited twice: once to print and send a letter overnight, and a second time to print again and send a fax. The staff could not have been more helpful. When I left the first time, I joked that I felt like I needed everyone to come to my aid, and they absolutely did. When they weren’t helping customers, they were constantly moving, handling packages, and working non-stop. I even saw one team member jogging a few times. Either she’s squeezing in some exercise or she genuinely cares that much about getting the job done. You just don’t see that kind of hustle often. What stood out most was how hard they worked while still being friendly, available to customers, and kind to one another. Veronica was the last person I spoke with (and I made sure to ask her name), but the whole team was great. TL;DR: Outstanding customer service and an incredibly hardworking staff.

  This staff is the best ever. They’re fast, efficient, and go above and beyond to help the customer. They’ll be a really long line at times but I’m not worried because I know it will be quick. The first time I came to this location, I saw the long line and was horrified. The person in front of me heard me say, “ugh,” or something of that nature. She said, “Don’t worry; they’re quick.” She was right. The store is so efficient. You don’t find Customer Service like this anymore. They’re the best of the best in my opinion. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location.

  I'm not usually post reviews or coment but for the customer outhere pay attention with this ups store they over charge chipping and handing. There was a girl name Veronica she wasn't honest with pricing just to charge extra service ...

  Had a horrible experience with a return I had. I have been to store #4490 on many occasions for returns and other type of transactions- First, they refused to send back my item because they said it wasn’t in its original box, which it was… ( They did not see a shipping label) on it. It was there on the side. And second, they said they were not liable for it because it wasn’t taped enough; which it was. So good thing we had tape in my car and taped it some more. It’s not my first time returning items to UPS. 2 employees were very disrespectful. One of the employee’s name was Maria, which was very rude and raised her voice at us where customers just looked. I’ve been coming to this UPS location for 6 years and never have experienced such poor customer service. I’ve never seen those 2 employees there before either. Maria was one of them. And the other one that was rude was a young girl. Every other employee there is very nice and helpful. I would like to get a response for this review. I have already emailed corporate office. I’m concerned for the elderly people that need services as well and for them treating them bad. It’s not right.

  The "owner" would not tape my box or let me tape the box with their tape rolls. Needed 36inches of tape to seal the top of a shipping box. He tried to make me buy a roll of tape off the wall. Then, when I got the tape off the wall and removed the clip-on hanger paper, he told me I had to buy it. I hadnt even used any tape. I already had a bit of a sour taste in my mouth because they would not tape the top of the box. I decided to put it back on the wall and go look in my truck for tape. He told me to get lost. As I grabbed my package off the counter and began to walk out, I said, I won't be coming back. The owner responded with "you better not". Absolutely terrible customer service. I ship dozen of packages a week back and forth with a company I work with. 95% are with fedex. And I ALWAYS get great service from the fedex location in this area (address: 2430 S. I-35 suite 176, Denton, TX 76205). But this UPS store is in a crappy spot with little parking and a lot of traffic. And the "owner" is as rude as it gets. Absolutely zero regard for customer service. Also, they must not need business because their sign light doesnt appear to work.
