  Caleb was amazing. It was my first time at the UPS store and he explained the whole process perfectly. When I arrived the store was getting busier but I always felt prioritized. Great service!

  Customer service was excellent And attentive. Took great care with packing and shipping my items. The Manager Lorelei was extremely helpful.

  Your employees should teach all other employees the art of customer service!! I am a frequent customer and I am always greeted verbally and with a smile! They are all knowledgeable, patient & efficient. Such a breath of fresh air!!

  I want to start by saying that most of the staff here are polite and professional. However, I’ve consistently had negative interactions with one employee (a younger woman with black hair). She often comes across as rude and unapproachable, and it feels like she doesn’t want to be there. As someone who regularly drops off packages, I don’t think customers should have to deal with an attitude each time they visit. I hope management can address this and provide additional customer service training if needed.
