  Their door literally says OPEN 7 DAYS OF THE WEEK. But they apparently are not open on Sunday. According to Google.

  One star because Joe has absolutely no clue on the idea of customer service. Trash business. Completely unprovoked, Joe was rude, unprofessional and clearly unhappy with his job. I understand these stores have to deal with an abundance of returns this time of year, but if you hate your job so much that you need to lash out at a customer, unprovoked, then maybe it’s time to put in your two weeks.

  The owner is almost always here. His employees are kind. They welcome you in and recognize you with a greet when entering and help you with your needs. I appreciate their variety of services. We first discovered this store when my son was getting married and we had some photos printed. This was the pick up location. The owner was new and explained to my DIL that he could also print pictures for less and take middle man out. That’s when we started using this UPS location because of his honesty and helpfulness. Highly recommend. Also, he is a family man and lights up when his wife walks in the door. We love supporting small business owners and families.
