However, the owner noticed that I wasn’t satisfied and said he would redo the same quantity in the correct format! The original order wasn’t cheap. Out of courtesy and to compensate for his gesture and a possible loss, I decided to order another service from them. When I went back, they only delivered half of what was agreed upon. I spoke with the attendant and told her that this wasn’t right. She said she would take care of it, talk to him, and get back to me—but it’s been two weeks and nothing. I don’t have time to keep chasing after mistakes that were their fault both times. I found their behavior quite dishonest. I won’t be going back there, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
