I was dealing with a stressful situation involving my mail, and she went above and beyond to help me resolve it. Bri was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. While I was waiting, I also noticed how positively she interacted with other customers she treated everyone with the same professionalism, respect, and warmth. Her calm and helpful attitude made a huge difference, and I truly appreciated the care she showed. Customer service like this is rare, and she deserves recognition for the excellent job she does.

Tracking always says delivered, but nothing ever shows up. It’s happened too many times to be a coincidence. When you ask for help, the staff act like it’s your fault and do nothing. Everyone in the area knows this post office has a serious theft problem, yet nothing ever changes. Avoid Del Valle USPS if you actually want your stuff to arrive. One star because zero isn’t an option.

I did everything I was supposed to do on my end and even went to the Del Valle post office in person. The manager assured me the remaining steps would be handled that week, but that was almost two weeks ago. I’m still having to stop by just to pick up my mail because it’s being held, and now a check has gone missing. Management here has been really disappointing. The manager acted annoyed when I asked for an update, as if I was bothering her just for trying to find out why the issue hadn’t been resolved. I don’t mind delays, but I do mind being told something will be fixed when it clearly isn’t. On a positive note, Melvin and Nathaniel (I think that's their names) at the front desk have been awesome — always friendly, helpful, and professional. They actually take the time to help and seem to care about customers, which really stands out given the management experience. Right now, I’m very frustrated with how this has been handled, but I really appreciate the great service from Melvin and Nathaniel. I'm to the point of telling them that I'll take care of doing the remaining task item they need to do which is labeling the boxes.
