He was by himself dealing with several different request from different people (which to me sounded complex) and he was so very polite, professional and really showed his expertise explaining everything to all these different customers. Even if there are issues, because he is so great nobody got upset, because he is very honest about what he can do for them (and doesn’t just lie to people to get them outta there like some businesses do) Thank you so much for being awesome!!

I was dealing with a stressful situation involving my mail, and she went above and beyond to help me resolve it. Bri was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. While I was waiting, I also noticed how positively she interacted with other customers she treated everyone with the same professionalism, respect, and warmth. Her calm and helpful attitude made a huge difference, and I truly appreciated the care she showed. Customer service like this is rare, and she deserves recognition for the excellent job she does.

Tracking always says delivered, but nothing ever shows up. It’s happened too many times to be a coincidence. When you ask for help, the staff act like it’s your fault and do nothing. Everyone in the area knows this post office has a serious theft problem, yet nothing ever changes. Avoid Del Valle USPS if you actually want your stuff to arrive. One star because zero isn’t an option.
