Customer service was fast. I had an international package and they were happy to assist. Nice folks.

I recently moved to the area and had the displeasure of needing to go to the local post office to get a money order. I got helped by a lady, I think her name was Jen, she just seemed like someone who just hates her job and is miserable when she’s there. I asked for a money order and she told me they had none with the most unnecessary rude attitude. It really shocked me because there really was no reason to act like that. Customer service skills completely nonexistent. 0/10 do not recommend.

This port office has provided me with the worst experience I have ever had, with clerks and the postmaster displaying inadequate customer service skills, rudeness, and an inability to address issues. They seem to struggle with their job responsibilities, appearing to be employed solely due to necessity. The postmaster's frequent absence when issues need to be resolved and the manager's response to complaints with negativity and dishonesty are additional concerns. I am puzzled by the office's ability to remain operational and strongly believe that changes are necessary. The service is extremely poor, need NEW EMPLOYEES AND MANAGMENT

Terrible customer service. Starting from the clerks at the counter with their bad attitudes. All of them seem to hate their jobs. Even the supervisors have bad attitudes here. The postmaster is never there to solve any issues. They lie to you about getting things done, I didn't receive any mail from them even after doing an address change with them. Four months and they couldn't fix anything. They tell you that you have to call and figure out things on your own. I paid for a p.o. box. When I asked for a refund for the p.o. box they didn't want to give me the full total that I originally paid, even though I never used it. This post office needs a complete change of personnel ASAP!!!!!

The lady at the front, glasses, curly hair, no name tag was SO rude. She mocks customers and condescends them the entire time she’s “doing her job” I was juggling 3 small children trying to send things to soldiers over seas and she made it the worst experience. I’m not sure if it’s racism or she just is baseline rude but, she does not need to be customer facing.
