- CTCarolina TrevinoJan 5, 20261.0Package was set out for delivery on Saturday and I got a notification that my package is being held at post office per my request which is a lie. Some of the delivery drivers are just plain out lazy.

Every single time I have an Amazon package out for delivery on Sunday USPS drives right by and marks the package that the customer requested it be held for pickup, instead of getting out and delivering it. If this keeps up I WILL report the issue to Amazon and let them know that the USPS is violating their contract with Amazon about delivering their packages on Sundays. If they don’t have enough carriers to deliver packages on Sunday then don’t mark them as being out for delivery when they’re not actually going to be delivered. This has happened at least 4 or 5 times in the past few months.

I got helped by a lady, I think her name was Jen, she just seemed like someone who just hates her job and is miserable when she’s there. I asked for a money order and she told me they had none with the most unnecessary rude attitude. It really shocked me because there really was no reason to act like that. Customer service skills completely nonexistent. 0/10 do not recommend.
