- EBElva BaenaDec 15, 20251.0La que atiende es muy grosera y nada amable, y por mandar paquetes cobran muy caro y no garantizan que llegue seguro a su destino, mande una caja de shampoos y pague $20 dólares por enviarlos a NC ,costaron un total de $33 dólares que pago mi hijo por ellos, y oh sorpresa, llegaron quebrados y vaciados en la caja y no se hacen responsables, tienes que llamar a un 1 800 que nunca te contestan, tienes que hacer todo por escrito y es muy fastidioso, hacen que te desesperes para que renuncies y no pagarte nada, malisimo servicio.
