- MMMike MaciasJan 3, 20261.0Very unprofessional service at this location. The shipping employee “Alexandra” did not want to do her job and only cared about going home. I arrived 8min before close with an important item that needed to be shipped. As soon as I got to the counter she already was giving me excuses why she can’t help me. From saying only usps can ship my item. Which is nonsense. So once we etablished that was a lie. she said okay what do we put your items in and I’m like that’s why I’m here so you can help me do that. Then she said well we ran out of boxes!!! While there’s a stack of different styles behind me. Then it got down to well we don’t have time. I said we have 5min so why don’t we just start the process instead of just you saying how we can’t. She said sorry no, we don’t have time. Great…… very poor service in my opinion.
