  Brought in a box with a corporate label just need to tape the box shut. They wanted to sell me a roll of tape. I have been to several other UPS stores and they have no problem using the tape they had and sealing the box. Rather than trying to understand my point they wanted to tell me the rules and how it must be "ready to go". Can't imagine the backlog when all the Amazon returns hit after Christmas that are not taped up and" ready to go".

  High turnover of employees who know just the bare minimum and have had several rude encounters. We are a business customer dropping off almost weekly for non-personal reasons with prepaid envelopes ready to go. We are told now we have to wait in the line that’s out the door behind regular customers who are not in a hurry with no pre-prepared packages. I will drive to the other side of town to CVS before I go back to this store. Love UPS drivers, but in this town, use FedEx for drop off if you can!

  The employees at this store are very polite, helpful, and patient. I’ve been here a couple of times and the two girl employees help me every time I need help with returns. I have also witness a couple of customers being rude and they handle it very professional.

  Hoy lunes fui con mi esposo, a devolver un producto de Amazon, por la tarde, no sabíamos cómo hacerlo, y la chica nos explicó amablemente. Aquí no te prestan tijeras ni cinta como en México. Pero hay cosas para comprarlos en la tienda y sino hay un dollar family a la vuelta. Trabajan rápido.
