- SSS SmithNov 1, 20251.0Postal service in Decatur, TX sucks. Lived here over 5 years, and repeatedly get mail for people with same number but different street name. Mail addressed to other neighbors gets put in the wrong boxes on our street regularly. It’s like the carrier doesn’t even glance at the mail as they put it in a box. Last time I mailed a birthday card to someone 1.5 hour drive from my house, it took EXACTLY 30 DAYS to get there!!! Decatur Texas USPS needs to do better!

One lady tells me they are closed so I start to walk out, then she allows the guy behind me to go in. I stood there shocked not believing what I just saw her do. She then let me in only because she realized that I saw what she did. I’m Hispanic and the other guy was White, take from that what you will.
