Just moved to Dayton few months ago. In just the last month I've had 1 package shown delivered to mailbox that I never received. Had 1 package shipped from Corpus to North Houston then back to Corpus & now en route back to me... and yesterday had multiple packages (Christmas deliveries) show tracking all day to deliver by 515, then 8pm. Then at 907pm they showed all packages but 1 sent to be held at post office at customer request & 1 showed not delivered due to animal interference. I never have requested any of my mail to be held at any post office. I have a dog, she is a 4 pound chihuahua & never outside by herself. There was a note written inside my mailbox door that said "mud & dog" with an arrow pointing down my driveway. Mud. Mud. Really?? How these people can look themselves in the mirror is beyond me. Absolutely no self respect so I guess we should not expect them to respect us. Can't wait until this garbage agency is privatized & maybe we will see some professionalism at last.

I don't know who's the person the drops off the mail here in Dayton Texas in our street always keeps leaving everybody's mail in different location 😕 I've been taking other people's mail to their home you could be very important to them. In my mail has been dropped off right in the middle of the road main entrance. I sat outside to acknowledge her that I was watching when she was leaving my mail thrown on the ground and acted like she didn't see me or hear me as she didn't care. And drove off. If she doesn't care she should concentrate Getting another job.

This place deserves 0 stars and to be re-staffed. I work in customer service and the experience the two times I’ve been there have been petty and ridiculous. They just don’t care about taking care of the customer and making things convenient for the consumer.
