I hate coming here... truly. I would rather drive to a different post office. I've never seen her in a good mood. I don't know why she behaves like this but she needs a different profession because dealing with the public isn't it. She totally turns the direction of my day around because of her bad attitude. It's like I've inconvenienced her by showing up.
