***NEW POSTMASTER*** It's now safe to go back to Danbury PO. Amanda is doing an amazing job and it's run completely different than it has been. She's always professional, helpful AND friendly. Even Christmas crazy time went off without a hitch. THANK you Amanda that you changed the business back to professionalism and kindness.

I would avoid deliveries here at all costs. The postmaster is the rudest woman I have ever encountered.

The only person that I've ever dealt with here is a middle aged black woman that has one of the worst attitudes I've ever come across in any customer service field. I hate coming here... truly. I would rather drive to a different post office. I've never seen her in a good mood. I don't know why she behaves like this but she needs a different profession because dealing with the public isn't it. She totally turns the direction of my day around because of her bad attitude. It's like I've inconvenienced her by showing up.

I NEVER WRITE A REVIEW BUT IM TIRED of the Lady in the front desk . She is THE WORST this isn’t the first time i go in for a package .. she is disrespectful & attitude is horrible!! I would feel a bit more comfortable if she would ATLEAST reply with a nice TONE but she definitely hates her job or is miserable all the time
