Very unprofessional. They were helping two people at a time at the counter so you’re standing right next to someone taking turns talking to the worker.

Had a pleasant experience with the employee who helped me with the self service kiosk. Definitely have you label ready and you’ll be in and out

Lashae, Lashae, Lashae! You are a ROCKSTAR!!!! Thank you for taking the time to find my package which was already processed to be returned to Germany! Thank goodness the return truck was too full to take the package on Saturday. If not for you, though, a less concerned person would have probably "assumed" it was already gone and not bothered. And anyone visiting this location, PLEASE start EVERY conversation with "Good Morning" or "Good Afternoon" because these folks work incredibly hard in a very demanding environment not made any better by CUTS in the postal service budget. And try "Yes, Ma'am" and "Yes Sir" to everyone. Give respect to get respect. Every person I met, from the front counter to the package window and even the very smartly dressed woman who came out of the package pickup area and asked "Have you been taken care of?" was incredibly kind and professional. Don't be the customer who interrupted me and Lashae with "Can you just answer me one question?" Lashae was soooo polite. Even when the lady followed up with three more questions, never said "Good morning", never said "Thank You. Cheers to USPS!!!!

Unhelpful, uncaring, staff with zero interest in helping a customer. Been here numerous times over the last year and each experience is the exact same.
