- HTHeather TruittFeb 23, 20225.0Don't let the low ratings fool you. I had a P.O. box at this location when I moved back to Dallas cause it was conveniently located. Staff is and was always helpful and get you in/out. Not only do I use this location personally, we drop off packages for work and they are extremely accommodating.
- YPYvonne PerisanOct 14, 20161.0I am in the process of moving and furniture and an automobile is still there, plus curtains still covering my windows. I called to see why my mail was not being delivered and was told that if the mailman "thinks" the house is vacant, he won't deliver the mail. How can he think that I have moved, when I haven't even completely moved out and still live there? I was told it takes up to 2 weeks for the change of address to become effective, so I guess the mailman is going to hold my mail for 2 weeks because he is still "thinking".
