This establishment does not carry standard non-flatrate envelopes, instead encouraging customers to opt for the more expensive flatrate option. When I requested a non-flatrate priority letter envelope at the counter, the associate responded with a blank expression, which left me feeling quite disappointed with the overall customer service. It raises concerns about employee training and the lack of basic priority supplies available. This situation not only poses a problem for customers but also appears to be a tactic to impose higher shipping costs. They are forcing customers to use flate rate so gain revenue!

I went to 4 other post offices trying to find $2-$4 stamps and they were the only post office that could help me. The staff was willing to answer any questions that I had. And my packages got to the right place. They were able to answer and give insight that other post offices were giving incorrect information on the shipping. Come here for your postal needs.
