  This is a great UPS Location. They are always very nice and helpful, ESPECIALLY SPENCER. He really goes above and beyond to help you get your package out and answer any questions you have. There's also usually never a line, and if there is, it goes super quick. I've never waited more than a couple minutes

  I would most definitely not recommend trying to go first thing in the morning, as they never are open on the time they are scheduled to open. I live in the area and frequently try and stop by right before work, but I have had too many attempts within these past few months at going and the store being closed even by 9:00AM when they are supposed to be open at 8:30AM.

  The UPS store was immaculately clean and crisp. Those workers, DD and Netta, are extremely knowledgeable, were delightfully patient with me, diligent in providing service and to top all those qualities off they expressed a lovable sense of humor. I thoroughly accepted and understand the knowledge of DD and Netta providing me for my merchandise return to Amazon. I am not technically apt in packaging, labeling nor where to find this information.

  We had such a wonderful experience at this location on Gaston Ave thanks to DD! We came in to return our son’s electric scooter but didn’t have a box large enough, so we planned to buy one there. DD kindly suggested we try boxing it ourselves first, since purchasing one in-store would have cost more than the scooter itself. She explained it didn’t need to look perfect—just needed to be securely boxed and taped. We left, found a box, and when we came back, DD went above and beyond. She propped open both glass doors so we could get the huge box inside and even offered to come out to our car to help carry it. Truly exceptional customer service—so kind, thoughtful, and helpful. The world needs more DDs!
