  Returns say no packaging required that ups will package and ship for me. I packaged the item but needed to simply tape the box to protect in shipping. This location charged me even though Nike’s return says “No packaging or boxing required”.

  Incompetent staff! I went in ship a laptop and asked for a laptop box but was told they didn’t have any- the lady handed me a regular box and a piece of cardboard that she said people used for shipping laptops but “ I’ve never used it so I don’t know if it works”. Anyway, I took it back home and found that the box was the wrong size for the cardboard holder and had to go back to exchange it. Also, the store is a mess! I would have gone to the FedEx store down the street that’s a lot more professional, but unfortunately I had a UPS label already printed .
