  I had a great experience with Zuber at UPS. He was professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. He handled my package with care and made sure everything was processed quickly and correctly. It’s always refreshing to deal with someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect. Zuber made the whole experience smooth and stress-free—highly appreciated!

  This is my second time dealing with Jacob at the ups store and it was been such a pleasure! He had been extremely helpful with all my questions and/or issues I was having. I will keep coming back to this location just because of Jacob!

  No help, no service... they expect you to do everything for them or they will charge you. They offer me to tape the box [20" piece of tape] for a $1.50 or free is I give them a 5 star review. This store is not earning 5 star reviews, they a buying them... sad strategy for a big company. Obviously they couldn't bribe with with an offer of $1.50 😂... they probably spend less then a penny worth ot tape 🫣

  I had an outstanding experience at The UPS Store thanks to Jacob and Zuber. They were both extremely professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I needed important documents notarized and shipped out quickly, and they handled everything with urgency and care. They made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. Their customer service truly stood out, and I appreciate how attentive and knowledgeable they were.   Zuber is always so kind every time I come in! He has such a positive, vibrant energy that really makes the experience better. I’ve even seen him training someone before, and he was incredibly patient and respectful the entire time. He’s very friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. I honestly choose this location because of him. I know I’ll always be taken care of. I really appreciate his great conversation, consistency, and great attitude!
