  Should’ve checked the reviews beforehand. I expected a next-day print order to be ready, but it hadn’t even been started. I understand shops get busy, but don’t advertise same/next day turnaround if you can’t deliver or communicate delays. This experience confirmed I’ll be sticking with local print shops for faster service and better quality.

  All five of these stars are for Michael in the printing department. While the department was behind on printing orders due to outside factors, Michael was kind, courteous, and transparent in relaying to us that he would do his best to expedite our order on time which he successfully did! I truly appreciate Michael’s patience and hard work for us and the other customers in line with us. Rockstar employee!! 10/10 job Michael.

  Really disappointed with the print job. Had ordered 15 copies of a booklet (and these aren’t inexpensive)! 10 out of the 15 were egregiously stapled together. This was for a professional hand out at the state and city level and just a bad look overall.

  Dissatisfied with this work, desagradable la impresión que me han hecho en mis tarjetas , sin gloss, mal recortadas , los colores cómo se la década del 90 verdaderamente no sabía q se podía trabajar tan mal en una empresa supuestamente tan grande . Y para la devolución , a la hora de poner la información no encontraba la orden , una orden acabada de entregar , verdaderamente desagradable

  Please review the camera on 3/31/26 regarding this experience. I visited this location on March 31, 2026, and left feeling extremely uncomfortable with how I was treated. While waiting my turn for printing services, another customer approached the counter after me. Both employees chose to help him first—even after he clearly stated, twice, that I had been there before him. Each time, the employees looked directly at me and still chose to assist him instead, without acknowledging me at all. I remained patient and said nothing, but the repeated decision to bypass me despite clear awareness of my place in line made me feel singled out and disrespected. Although my order was completed quickly once I was finally helped, the experience itself raised serious concerns for me about fairness and possible bias in how customers are treated at this location. My order was already completed and ready for me but the worker initially did not look only reviewing the system. After a couple minutes he reviewed items on the counter ready for pickup and mine was there. I thanked him, paid for my order and wished them both a good day. I strongly encourage management to review this situation and reinforce fair, respectful, and consistent customer service practices for all patrons.
