- NMNancy MooreMar 8, 20261.0Way too complicated to load money on a FedEx Kinkos prepaid card for use at the self-serve copiers-printers. I asked the clerk if I could use a debit card to add money to the FedEx card. She said yes. Then later said they'd only accept cash to load the FedEx card. I reminded her that she said I could use a debit card and she contradicted and said, "No. I said that I was gonna see." At one point, she told me that I would have to pay $50 on the terminal mounted on the self-serve machine, for a print job that was expected to only cost $35 (and that the 'difference' would be refunded to me). I said, "I'm not doing that." She said, "Then you can just load $35 on the prepaid card." I said, "That's what I asked to do from the start." What in the world? Why would you guys make it this complicated?!?! And why are self-serve copies .71-cents a page?!?! I'm sure there are other printing service centers that are more affordable and way less confusing than this.

- RKRoeeda KhalilJun 7, 20231.0Fedex has become like an uncontrolled octopus. It is impossible to get in touch with a live person and if you do they are not helpful. I had put a vacation hold on my shipments. Still getting notices that it will be delivered before then. On one of them the system says that it is on hold at a facility. That office personal say that they have not received it. So fed up with their system!
