Wait times are inconsistent. Busy periods result in long waits with only one person at the counter. Passport and specialized services sometimes have confusing instructions and unclear scheduling.

I’ve lived in this area for over 5 years and always knew the staff wasn’t friendly but my packages were mailed no issues. Today the black guy at the front was so utterly rude that I had to say a prayer before I reacted. He literally called someone next in line while I was still standing there and wasn’t answering my questions. How is this staff still here and get to treat people like this? They make their own rules. Reading these other reviews management obviously doesn’t care. Absolutely pathetic and if you want to be treated like crap you should go here.

The Window Clerk she was Rude, unfriendly, and acted unprofessional; if you want to be treated like trash come here… otherwise drive elsewhere to be treated like a human being, after all you are paying money for (1) A service (2) Customer Service. Why pay to be yelled at, Harassed, Belittled, and then after the Transaction she held on to my receipt refusing to give it to me in which I had to snatch it out of her hand, which is not Postal Procedure and illegal to withhold proof of a transaction. She needs to be fired.

I mail packages often and have dealt with plenty of mediocre USPS offices, but this branch truly sets a new low. The front two staff are slow, perpetually grumpy, and mysteriously capable of being friendly only to the same select racial customers. They barely manage to do their actual jobs, let alone show basic kindness or professionalism.
