This joint WILL test your patience. I've visited dozens of times. I've never witnessed praise worthy customer service. Last visit I arrived 5 mins early, they opened 10 mins late, then spent another 5 mins preparing work stations, catching up on the latest gossip, and glaring at folks in line for having the audacity to seem impatient. I now mail from another location realizing it will add a day to delivery time but alleviate the need to waste another 30 minutes writing an abysmal review.

I came in to drop off a package for a return. I asked if they could help attach it on, and clerk clerk 08 went to the back after mumbling something and stayed there for a while. After she came back, she was extremely rude to me for no reason and blurted “do you wanna buy this tape for $3.99”. She ignored me after telling me to step aside and never got her manager as I requested. I asked her if she could be more polite because all I asked was for her to politely tell me what the problem is so that I could fix this. This type of person does not need to work in customer service. She is not kind, and is going against USPS policies by ignoring someone. There were cameras up depicting this exact incident unfold, and I would be happy to speak to a manager about this incident.
