    The customer service experience was very disappointing. When I approached the front desk, where Darren was stationed, I presented the barcode I had been instructed to show. Instead of providing clear guidance, he responded in a rude and condescending manner, insisting that I hand over the package. While I was unaware that the package needed to be provided first, the situation could have been handled more courteously and professionally.
