- DCDenise ClintonAug 25, 20255.0I want to publicly say my gratitude to the team of people here. I was having issues with my mail due to the lack of MY understanding. I placed a change address form at another location because it was where I thought i should have, only to find out it was the wrong location, and the new address was I was forwarding it to, was the wrong address as well. There was some other struggles as well. Long story short everyone from the front to the back helped me understand and get all this straightened out. I was so happy and appreciative to everyone! They didn’t have to pull each other in to help me understand. They were busy with other people and their staff got them in and out in a timely manner. I was so impressed! Needless to say, I hate I will have to go to a new post office when I move but I hope their staff is as patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you Crew! Sincerely 1521 Framers Branch
