    this has happened to all my packages even when i am home. i cannot submit a form online so i cant get it rescheduled for a redelivery, i have to waste my time to show up to the post office just to figure out if whether or not they have it.

    I have never had any troubles with this post office for the past year I've been penpalling until yesterday,I usually pay 1-3 dollars for my international outgoings,but this time they wanted to charge me #14 :( ,It didn't really fit the parcel requirements (it had to at least be 0.75in thick),but it was because it couldn't bend,but in that case a non machinable stamp would suffice for that.Other than that It's a really nice post office,there is usually a very small waiting line.And it's always quite clean.The customer service is also really good.

    For the past 3 years I've had problems getting my mail delivered to me on time and in the wrong mail slot lock box. Mail has come to my house that is suppose to go to my neighbors and visa versa. This has happened a dozen or more times. I have had to pay late fees because of the mailman does not deliver it to me or I never receive my bills. We need a different deliveryman this one has made same mistakes time after time

    I have missed a lot of packages and when I have been able to talked to the the only thing that they say is that shows that it was delivered and that there is nothing that they can do, so I have lost a lot of MONEY. If you Try to call their line is always busy or they just don't answer the phone it just rings and rings. If the mail man has to deliver something to my door he does not ring the bell, he knocks on the door one one time and then leaves and I know this because I have watched him do that and my dogs always let me know when someone is at the door, they hear everyone but the mail man and He is also very cranky and rude. I have also heard this from my neighbors, they say that they have the same problem. We just moved to this Twon about 2 yrs ago and never had a problem with the mail before. That why I only give them one star. Needless to say! I am not very happy with the Post Office Service of Combine, Tx. I really hope that they would improve the quality of service. Funny how is only my packages that go missing and not my bills or Junk mail.
