I went to the USPS office today to pick up my package because the customer service rep I spoke to over the phone, told me it was still at the White Rock USPS location. When I arrived, their reason for not giving me my package was that they would have to go through too many packages in the "return to sender" barrel to find mine. I was inconvenienced because USPS and the delivery driver had all the necessary information needed to deliver my package (address, gate code, and accessibility). Despite this, they did not deliver my package nor did they attempt to communicate with me about any delivery issues. I checked with my apartment complex's front desk, and my apartment is not listed as vacant. USPS is also provided with a code to enter. This was a clear example of very poor service and customer service from both the delivery person and the representatives at this location.

I wish people bring doing their entitlement two notches and treat other customer service people as they are, humans, specially in the coming season. I remember one day that I was having a really bad day and the lady with glasses (forgot her name) treat me with kindness without even knowing what was going on. I didn’t take it out on her either but having a little bit of patience with me that day made me write this. Thank you!
