From the moment I walked into this post office while visiting Dallas, I was greeted with a warm smile by the team with the impression that they were ready to help. The line moved quickly, and the staff was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly to everyone I noticed. The clerk Adrienne took the time to walk me through the best options, even helping me properly package my items to avoid any issues and was very helpful! What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care she showed. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly want to help customers. What I also noticed is that the post office was clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the supplies I needed. I left feeling confident that my package was in good hands and would arrive safely. It’s not every day you leave a post office smiling, but this team made it happen. Kudos to the staff for making mailing something a pleasant and stress-free experience!

Who is going to be honest and rate them bad because of the long delay, just to have your package to CA end up in Iceland.
