Used the pickup feature, and it might as well not even exist. Had it scheduled and everything. The driver just ignored it apparently and drove right past it. Usps might as well remove this feature if their workers don’t wanna do their jobs. Thanks a lot

I actually thought the 2 workers here were very kind and patient compared to so many of my experiences with post offices. Thanks y'all!

This is the worse post office experience I have ever encounter. I just moved to the area and they have lost a package that was worth more the what the post office insurance covers, failed to deliver multiple packages and blamed it on not having entry into my apartment even though the leasing office is open until 6pm and we have a mail room they have access to as well as entry though the front door. Security is always outside to let vendor in. Amazon deliver packages past 6 pm but yet entry into the building is an issue. They attempted to deliver a package on Sept 26 and have not made another attempt since the. It’s October 2nd still no package. What’s the point of paying for shipping if I have to keep driving to pickup my package. This post office has to do better. The carelessness of lost packages and false deliveries impacts us more than the post office thinks. That lost packages derailed my small business by 3weeks because I had to wait for a new shipment. That’s money out of my pocket. It’s not right and it’s not fair.
