Waited over 10 minutes with no one helping at the front today (on 2/24) around 9AM. “Monica” had the audacity to rudely demand to know the contents of my package in a way that felt confrontational rather than professional. Once I clarified the item was simply a BOOK, her face dropped to visible disappointment. Then, she laughed in my face when she saw my reaction after she THREW my package (after knowing it is a book) into the bin. More concerningly, she was wearing AirPods and actively talking on a personal phone call throughout our entire interaction. Maybe if she spent more time on basic training, she’d understand how to treat customers with a shred of respect. Edit: Someone else posted a review about a similar encounter that happened just 15 minutes after I left, describing the exact same unprofessional behavior during the same shift. Clearly this is a pattern of how she treats customers. Management needs to look into her behavior because the power trip is exhausting.

I hate coming here. There is always only one person working and there is always a line. A couple of times I even heard other workers in the back laughing and talking, but nobody came out to help. People do not have 20-30 mins to wait in line at the post office. The USPS worker that delivers to my address never attempts to deliver anything that requires signature to my door. Instead, she leaves a note in my mailbox saying "delivery failed" and I end up having to go to this location to pick up my package.

I have had three separate packages go missing from this location. I filed two separate reports, but it feels like a complete waste of time because nothing has been resolved, and the issue continues to be ignored. This appears to be an ongoing problem, and there seems to be no accountability or effort to prevent it from happening again. In addition, the staff has been very rude and unhelpful when I’ve tried to address the situation. Instead of assisting or showing concern, they were dismissive, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Missing packages are a serious issue, and customers deserve better support and professionalism. I hope management takes this matter seriously and works toward a solution.
