First, there has definitely been a change in personnel for the GOOD. Brianna was SO nice and had the BEST attitude, greeting everyone who came in the door with a, "Good morning, Love", was smiling, kind and efficient!! The gentleman at the other window seemed nice, too. I have been to this USPS Office SO many times over the past 23 yrs of living in Farmers Branch, & today (& my past few visits) was just refreshing! Yes, there have been very depressing visits before, but today...Voila! Brianna deserves a gold star and a raise! Thank you for making my day!

Went to post office, they told me they ran out of time even though it was marked shipping. They told me it was out for delivery that day. Waited all day never delivered. Get a message saying they was returning to sender for no reason. They said undeliverable. The address was correct, nothing blocking door way. She was just to lazy to deliver it. Please hire that take pride in there job.

When I stopped by post office to ask where the item was, I was told that’s something they do but that the actual item wouldn’t be delivered until Friday 11/28. I don’t understand why tracking would say for delivery on 11/25 and then post as delivered and then the post office saying it’s just something they do when they know the item will not be delivered on time or that it has not been delivered.
