The doors have been locked several times during what should be normal business hours for bathroom breaks and lunch breaks. I even left to go to Starbucks across the street once and was there for over an hour. When I came back the sign had not moved and the doors were still locked. As other reviews have already stated the service is very extremely slow! I mean somehow even slower than the usual USPS pace. If you have any complicated questions or need to do anything beyond the absolute bare minimum his answer will either be "We don't do that here go to the Lake Highlands location." or "That's not my job here's a number to call." If you come here you better have everything perfect or you will have a bad time. His brain is one of the last few things on the planet still running off of AOL Dial Up Internet!
